Pricing and Booking Terms

Rates include communication billable hours, scheduling of artists, trials, and the event day.

  • Per Person: $175 flat fee for hair/makeup/both, including airbrushing & lashes, and does not count towards the day-of price.

  • $100 flat for hair/makeup/both, includes up to 3 bridal party participants per video conference, and does not count towards the day-of price. Virtual trials include a consultation with the chosen hair and/or makeup artist(s) so that artist and client can familiarize themselves with each other. This consultation can include help in building an inspiration board for the artist to work off of, showing the artist any skin or hair issues that need attention, help in purchasing hair extensions and/or makeup touchup kit, discussing hair accessories such as veil placement, hair clips, flower crowns, etc. Wide Eyed Bride can help facilitate the meeting.

  • Per Person: $460 for the bride; $230 maids, mothers, and anybody else.

  • Per Person: $310 for the bride; $128 maids, mothers, and anybody else. 

  • Per Person: $310 for the bride; $133 maids, mothers, and anybody else.

  • Per Person: complimentary for the bride, $25 per maid, mother, and anybody else

  • Per Person: complimentary for the bride, $75 per maid, mother and anybody else. 
This can also be booked as a service without extrnsive dry styling after (updo, waves, extensions, etc.)

  • No additional cost to work with extensions; Extensions worn on the wedding day must be supplied by the client at their own expense.

  • 
Per Person: Complimentary for the bride, $25 per bridesmaid, mother, and anybody else. 
This can also be booked as a service.

  • Per child: $80 hair & makeup, $75 hair or makeup only.

  • $150 for the groom; $100 per groomsman, and anybody else. $35 per ring bearer. This includes hair and/or makeup services. 
Airbrushing is per groomsman at above mentioned pricing.

  • $275 per person Hair & Makeup. $155 per person for Hair or Makeup only. $150 Male Grooming. 
Lashes & Airbrushing are additional costs at above mentioned pricing.

  • $275 per person Hair & Makeup. $155 per person for Hair or Makeup only. Lashes & Airbrushing are additional costs at above mentioned pricing. Touch ups after initial services have been completed are billed at above mentioned pricing.Touch ups after initial Services have been completed are billed at ½ Day Rate (5hrs) or Full Day Rate (10hrs).

  • Travel is calculated if the distance to the location is 30 miles or more from the artist's house, with the calculation beginning at mile 1, and is $0.70/mile return trip, plus any tolls that may be accrued.

  • Hair or Makeup Only, 
Per Artist: 
    $1250 per 10 hour day, up to 6 adults and 2 children per artist. This day rate includes touchups for all people who received services throughout photos, and a hair or makeup change only for the bride, if she desires, for the reception. 

    Additional hours are billed at $120 per hour, whole hour billing only, no less than 60 minute billing. In person or virtual trials are separate from this fee.

    Lashes, airbrushing, and wet styling for all persons except the bride are separate charges from this fee. 

    Mileage may apply.


    Hair & Makeup, 
Per Artist:
    $1450 per 10 hour day, up to 3 adults & 2 children per artist. This day rate includes touchups for all people who received services throughout photos, and a hair and/or makeup change only for the bride, if she desires, for the reception.

    Additional hours are billed at $120 per hour, whole hour billing only, no less than 60 minute billing. In person or virtual trials are separate from this fee.

    Lashes, airbrushing, and wet styling for all persons except the bride are separate charges from this fee. 

    Mileage may apply.


    Airbrushing & Lashes:
    Bride is complimentary. Airbrushing, within the day rate total headcount, per artist, will be at a reduced rate of $25/person additionally, lashes will be at a reduced rate of $20/person additionally


    Travel Expenses:
    Travel is calculated if the distance to the location is 30 miles or more from the artist's house, with the calculation beginning at mile 1, and is $0.70/mile return trip, plus any tolls that may be accrued. 


    Parking:
    Parking must be covered for all artists to help unload and pack up gear efficiently. The rate is dependent upon each individual hotel/location.
